Nicki Perkins

Biography

‍Nicki Perkins, PA-C, is passionate about patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life. With 10 years of experience in primary care, Nicki is committed to providing accessible healthcare, especially to those in rural communities. She finds fulfillment in building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them through every phase of their health journey.

Nicki earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Cumberland University in 2013, followed by a Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2015. She is board-certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Her approach to care centers on prevention, patient education, and developing trust. Nicki believes that empowering patients with knowledge and support is key to achieving long-term health and wellness.‍
