Deborah Smith

Biography

Deborah Smith, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both urgent and primary care. She began her nursing career caring for children and adults in the emergency department before spending 20 years in the ICU at Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN. Since earning her Master of Science in Nursing in 2010, Debby has devoted more than 15 years to providing compassionate, faith-centered care. She views each patient encounter as an opportunity to nurture the whole person by supporting physical health, fostering emotional resilience, and promoting spiritual well-being through attentive, personalized care.

Debbie specializes in family medicine and urgent care, with notable experience in dermatology, cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, mental health, and diabetes.

Hobbies and Interests

Debbie enjoys boating on the lake, spending time with her six grandchildren, attending her local church, and caring for her two cats, Buddy and Milo.
