This holiday season, the team at Crossroads Medical Group – West Wilson Family Practice & Walk-In is giving back to our community in partnership with the Mount Juliet Help Center. We invite you to join us in supporting local families by donating essential hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and warm clothing. Every contribution helps make a difference right here in our neighborhood.
Requested Donation Items
We are collecting the following urgently needed items for the Mount Juliet Help Center:
Personal Hygiene & Care
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Bar soap
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
- Deodorant
- Feminine Hygiene Products (Tampons, Pads, etc.)
- Bladder Pads
- Adult Disposable Underwear
- Adult Wipes
Household Cleaning Supplies
- Dish Soap
- Basic Cleaners (Bleach, Toilet Cleaners, Countertop Cleaners)
- Laundry Detergent
Seasonal Clothing
- Gently used winter clothing in all sizes (Men's, Women's, Youth, Toddler, Baby)
- Jackets
- Hats
- Gloves
- Mittens
- Scarves
- Boots
We will be collecting donations throughout the month of December until January 9, 2026.
What to Know Before You Go:
Donations will be accepted at West Wilson Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic, located at 3500 N Mt Juliet Rd, Suite 201 & 203, Mt Juliet, TN 37122. Bins and tables will be on-site for donations.

The Mt. Juliet Help Center is dedicated to providing temporary & emergency food, utility, & clothing assistance to families in western Wilson County. Their purpose is to help bridge the gap when families are unable to provide basic necessities. The Mt. Juliet Help Center offers compassionate support & maintains the dignity of their clients while partnering with local churches & other community organizations.
