Other foods that contain high amounts of vitamin C are: kale, parsley, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, brussel sprouts, and even broccoli. The recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamin C is 75-90mg per day and just 1/2 cup of yellow bell pepper contains 137mg of Vitamin C!!
