Crossroads Medical Welcomes Courtney Eli, Registered Dietician

At Crossroads Medical Group, we are constantly looking for ways to better serve our patients. Just last year, we added Dr. Jeff Kindred who specializes in Sports Medicine. Fast forward to today, we’re excited to announce that we have brought Courtney Eli, a Registered Dietician to the team!

Courtney attended Texas Christian University where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Psychology. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she went on to complete a Dietic Internship at Prairie View A&M University in Houston, TX where she able to gain a wealth of knowledge in all areas of nutrition from diabetes management, renal nutrition, nutrition assessments, and many other facets of nutrition!

Most recently, she was able to get her certification of Certificate of Training in Obesity Interventions for Adults where she honed her skills in nutrition assessments and weight management.

Courtney is excited to service our Crossroads family with nutritional counseling as she looks to help our patients make small, realistic changes they can stick to!

“I am excited that Crossroads awarded me the opportunity to bring my knowledge as a registered and licensed dietitian to an area where this service has not yet been offered,” she stated.  “I love being able to help this community achieve a healthier lifestyle with the help of the great team of medical professionals at Crossroads Medical Group!”

Dr. Scott Jordan is excited about the new addition and feels the entire community will benefit.

“At Crossroads we believe that the foundation for good health begins with healthy eating habits and lifestyle so we are so excited to announce Courtney as our newest team member,” Dr. Jordan explained. “She is very talented and skilled at understanding all of the factors involved in a healthy nutrition plan while helping  people find what works best for them!”
