There is no secret among people that know me that summer is my favorite season!
The days are long, warm and sunny and a great time to jump-start your fitness plans. I always tell my patients:
– Set a goal that is exciting for you
– Write WHY your goal is important and make sure your WHY is bigger than the obstacles you will encounter
– Write what you are willing to do to accomplish your goal
– Make a plan
– Make a backup plan!
– Post these notes on your bathroom mirror or desk, etc and review them daily to maintain focus
– Be disciplined and you will be surprised what you can accomplish!
