From I-65 (click here for map & directions): On exit 108, go east on Hwy 76 approximately 0.3 miles and turn Right on Sage Road. Go approximately 0.5 mile and the clinic will be on the right.

From Hendersonville (click here for map & directions): Go north on Highway 258 (New Shackle Island Road) approx 8 miles. Turn left at S Tyree Springs to continue on Highway 258 another 5 miles. Turn left on College St/TN-258 and cross the intersection to Springfield Road. Continue approximately 1.2 miles to Sage Road. Turn left on Sage Road and go approx 0.5 miles, our clinic will be on the right.

From Portland (click here for map & directions): Go south on Hwy 109 approx 2 miles. Turn right on Hwy 76 (Portland Road) toward White House. Continue on Hwy 76 (Portland Road) toward White House for approx 10 miles. Turn left on Highway 31 and then right on Springfield Rd/TN-76. Continue for approximately 1 mile to Sage Road. Turn left on Sage Road and continue for approx 0.5 miles, our clinic will be on the right.

From Nashville traveling North: Take I-65 North and exit on to #117 (Hwy 52).  Turn right (East) on Hwy 52 and travel approximately 3.5 miles.  Turn right (South) on Hwy 109. Go to the second street to the right - Village Drive to Suite 203.

From Kentucky traveling South: Take I-65 South and travel approximately 3 miles from the Kentucky state line and exit on to #117 (Hwy 52).  Turn left (East) on Hwy. 52 and travel approximately 3.5 miles.  Turn right (South) on Hwy 109. Go to second street to the right - Village Drive to Suite 203.
